Trailer aerodynamics are part of CARB’s Truck Trailer Greenhouse Gas Phase 2 standards proposal


This month CARB pronounced on their position regarding GHG phase 2. Adopting most of the federal guidelines of the EPA GHG 2 program, CARB’s take on phase 2 would take effect on trailers MY2020.

Once again, California is leading on sustainable legislation to curb with the increasing emissions coming from heavy duty trucks and buses sector. Which happens to be the fastest growing and accounts for a fifth of the total transportation sector emissions.
